Being in a state of inner peace has never been more important, and yet so many of us find ourselves consumed by desire that is unrelenting and insatiable. To invoke more peace and gratitude into our body and our life, in this routine we'll work on letting go of envy and jealousy that can so often cloud our true desires and distract us from our most fulfilling path. We'll finish with a meditation that will focus on gentle kindness and mercy toward our innocent inner child so that we may find peace in the moment and gratitude for all the blessings that have already been bestowed upon us in this life.
