Unearth and release denial. Create space to receive more ease and more vitality into your being.

Being in a state of ease is what we all desire, and yet so many of us find ourselves in a state of dis-ease. To invoke more ease, flow, and healing into our body and our life, in this routine we'll work with unearthing and releasing denial which is often at the root of our struggle. We'll finish with a meditation that will focus on acknowledging and clearing that which we are denying within ourselves so that we may create space to receive more ease and more vitality into our being.
