Being able to drop into a space of sacred devotion is an important piece of our spiritual evolution at this time, and yet many of us feel completely lost when it comes to creating this space for ourselves and our families. To invoke sacred devotional space and intention into our body and our life, in this routine we'll work on dissolving apathy and confusion which will often prevent us from devoting ourselves to anything, let alone things we cannot see, like Spirit. We'll finish with a meditation that will focus on giving ourselves permission to care about, create and prioritize devotional practice in our daily life so that we can start to remember and connect with the ever-present nature of our spiritual self and invite that part of ourself to fully return.
