Hi Lynda,
This new system was just deployed, maybe one week before this article was published. This gave us enough time to test it and troubleshoot any problems.
I am sorry for the difficulties you experienced. Can you please let us know what the problem (and solution) was to your difficulties? There IS a known issue with the trainee resource access upon completion of the BFIIT. I suspect this is what happened with you.

How new is this system?...I had a very frustrating time downloading all original content received from Toronto instructor’s training e-mail last month…Don’t want to go through that inefficient process next time I require new music or video feed. It had such a negative impact on my initial experience with Bellyfit, I considered not pursuing it. However, I fought through it and am currently using the material for my practice classes. It was an intimidating and frustrating process I’m sad to report.
