Celebrate the Winter Solstice and heat things up with Bellyfit creators Alice Bracegirdle & DJ Rowan.

Signature body rockin’ and spirit lifting moves with the freshest underground dance music means you’ll be having a really good time, getting your sweat on and supporting an awesome local charity.

We will be collecting cash and food donations on behalf of the Mustard Seed of Victoria.

No experience necessary!

Yoga Mat
Running Shoes
Comfortable clothes
Water bottle
Donation for the Mustard seed (See their 2013 wish list)
and- of course - a friend or loved one!

Filming and Photography

This event will be filmed and photographed.

But don't let this deter you. The cameras will be focusing primarily on Alice and on the first few rows which we'll be stacking with local Bellyfit Instructors and Pros. There will be a director on hand who will be moving people around according to composition etc. We need smiling faces and bright colours up front. Overall, this is just another great opportunity to get a fabulous, soul quenching workout, connect with your community, have a blast and support a great cause. Why not capture that on video? You'll be amazed by the magical energy and sweet solstice vibes.
