Today is a very special day. Today - around the globe, mothers, daughters, sisters and friends are celebrating being women!! Today - is International Woman's Day, and I feel so darn lucky to be female, don't you?

Because my business (and therefor most of my life) is about inspiring women and being inspired by women, I feel compelled to reach out to you. I want to say "keep going!", I want to say "don't give up!" and I want to say "this is all worth the struggle!". I want to say to you - Goddess embodied - that the world desperately needs the light you have to offer and that you simply must not give up! You simply must keep shining!

I know the struggle sister. I feel it in my shoulders, I feel it in my heart, and I feel it in my soul, but I refuse to back down. I am a warrior. I am a woman who sees beyond the veil of fear and propaganda, and I am a woman who truly believes the Goddess is rising. She is rising in me and she is rising in YOU! Yes ladies, she rising and she is raging! But she is compassionate, she is loving and she will reward those who serve the Earth and honour the Mother.

When I was a single mother on welfare, lost, angry and disillusioned - when I thought I would die of exhaustion, depression and hopelessness - I had a huge realization. I realized that women hold the key to creation and that they must be protected and honoured. I realized that the union between the male and the female is the most sacred union and that from this union all life is balanced. I realized that the world is imbalanced and that this imbalance is because the women of the world, and the men of the world, are imbalanced. The men hold too much power and the women need to hold more. Men are being overwhelmed and corrupted by their power, and women are being overwhelmed and corrupted by their lack of power.

It is time for us all to find balance. It is time for us to take off our masks and reveal our true, divine nature. We are children of the Earth, born of the stars and we have a duty to make this work. The Goddess is compassionate, and she is loving, but she is not stupid. She is speaking to us all and if we do not listen, we will all suffer. She is speaking to us through the bees, the polar bears, the trees, the oceans, the children and the very bodies and minds we live in. Do not disregard her warnings. She means business and she is serious.

So on this day, this very special day, when women the world over are gathering together in spirit, in body and in cyber space, I say to you - look within and find you truest self! Find the part of you who is not afraid to scream from the mountain tops - "I am a woman and I am ready to embrace my full power! I am ready to live my greatest life and in doing so I will inspire all those around me to do the same!"

Some have said "life is suffering." I say, please, please, PLEASE - from the bottom of my heart and the depth of my soul - MAKE THE SUFFERING STOP! We all deserve to feel great! We all deserve to have everything we need, every day! We all deserve to live with peace in our hearts and joy in our spirits. Yes there is always going to be sadness and there is always going to be suffering, but I know you agree that the scale has tipped way too much. Look into the eyes of those you pass on the street. What do you see? Look into the mirror. What do you see? Be truthful. Life is beautiful and it can be more beautiful.

You are special. Life chose you from an infinite number of sparks and it gave you a body. It chose you and it wrapped you in flesh, with a heart and a soul and a mind that are all unique, brilliant and so very special.

Marianne Williamson said it best, "Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." Read that quote again!

My inner spark deeply honours the inner spark within you - let us burn bright together!
