Well it would seem that summer has finally arrived on our island paradise and I am sure you all agree it feels real nice! Evenings at the Base Lounge have been warm, sunny and sweet, and we are happy to announce that class sizes are back down to very manageable numbers. Arriving to class 10 - 15 minutes these days will typically guarantee you a spot! Thank you for bearing with us through this past month’s wave of expansion, and we look forward to seeing you often throughout the next few weeks as summer winds it way through our lives.

On that note of summer, this being the famed August holiday long weekend, we have decided to join you this Saturday morning in enjoying local markets, music festivals, beaches and more. Alice and Rowan are taking a much deserved break for Bellyfit Live this weekend and will look forward to seeing you all next week for some super fresh moves and grooves!
