Congratulations to our latest BFIIT Graduates. These 22 women wowed us last weekend as they soared through our one year anniversary Bellyfit Instructor Training. We wish them so much success on their Bellyfit Adventure and look forward to a healthy and prosperous future together. Strong Women indeed!

"I have always been the kind of person who focuses on the outcome, rather than the process. What I learned this weekend, is that, for me, Bellyfit is a journey, there is no finish line. It is a movement, growing and evolving, as is mankind, and specifically women. What lies ahead will involve hard-work and commitment, but when we believe in something, the task seems much more inviting. What Alice and the Master trainers gave me were the tools, the foundation in becoming a Bellyfit instructor. More than just the steps, they taught me the spirit behind the movements, and most importantly. always honor myself, my body and my spirit...and lastly to get out there and practice, so I can share this truly awesome gift with other women!"
