After delivering another successful Bellyfit Instructor Training in Toronto, Alice was off to Boston to share the Bellyfit System with the women at ECA World Fitness Conference.  After shimmying in the US for a day and learning some new moves and info from fellow fitness leaders Jill Miller and Mindy Mylrea, Alice was back to Victoria for the Vancouver Island Fitness Conference.  On home turf, Alice and DJ Rowan rocked a packed Bellyfit Cardio™  workshop with local fitness pros and had a fabulous time!  Alice was then off to Regina for the SaskFit Conference the following day, presenting Bellyfit Cardio™  along with a few of the new formats, Bellyfit Flow™  and Bellyfit Warrior™.  The Victoria BFIIT and Regina BFIIT are now filling up as a result and we are so excited to welcome many more Bellyfit Instructors to the Tribe!

After smooth travels and amazing opportunities to meet and move with so many women, Alice is now back at Bellyfit Headquarters full of new ideas and inspiration.  Thank you to everyone involved with each of these events, we are so grateful for the opportunity to share Bellyfit and grow as a community.
