Base Lounge staff and guests would like to wish Amy Allen a very fond farewell as she relocates her DOWNdawg Yoga class to Body Dynamics down the street. It has been a pleasure to watch this great system evolve and we wish Amy much success in her endeavors! You can now find her on Tuesdays @ 6pm at Body Dynamics on Johnson St right beside lululemon. Thank you Amy!!
