hi rowan, i purchased the hard copy of these via ethical deal back in january. i just realized that they have not been sent to me and i am supposed to redeem the purchase here. however, i don’t see a promo code or the option to buy the actual DVDs. Can you let me know what to do, please.
also, i hope you are enjoying Jamaica!!

For the ‘no picture’ concern, can you let me know if you’re streaming online or downloading?
Are you using the HD or SD versions? (big or small)
Please see the ‘Resource notes’ above for details on best practices for playing the videos on your computer.
Its on the list to create notes for the routines, yes. Not sure when that might happen though!
