The Bellyfit phrase “Strong, Sexy, Soulful” means so much to me and rings true for me and my beautiful ladies in class. I first tried a class from the website before signing up to the training and I have never looked back. Bellyfit makes me feel empowered, energised, emotional and feminine all at once, it is fun but sensual and I am now able to move my body more fluidly with strength and control which I thought I never would be able to. The music is beautiful both inspiring and motivational and I love the structure of the class as it allows “me” time during the meditation as well as fitness and strength from the routines and core elements. What is not to like.
