Jaime is a life long dancer, Certified in Dancing for Birth, S.E.E.Ds (Self Esteem, Education and Empowerment through Dance) and is also certified with Bebo Mia as a Birth and Postpartum Doula   Jaime has studied and still studies Belly Dance from local experts and international masters. Traveling to Jamaica and Cuba to study dance has given Jaime’s dance a bit of a world fusion flare.  Whether your focus is technique, fun, confidence, community, celebration, empowerment, tuning in to your body’s wisdom or you’re just looking for a new way to work out, you can find it with Jaime.

I love learning and practicing Yoga, Dance and Spirituality. I also have a deep interest in traditions and dance traditions from around the globe. I love the way Belly Fit combines my interests with fitness. I feel like I have had a well rounded Mind, Body, and Spirit experience after doing a class.
