Carol Ramsey

My Bio

I’ve been teaching dance, fitness and mind/body/movement classes for women - designed to embrace all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities - since 2007 when I qualified as an Exercise to Music Instructor.
As a meditator of many years too, I wanted to bring this into my work and so trained to become a qualified Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation, and am now running group sessions, courses and workshops/retreats too (online only at present).
I am passionate about everything I teach, and about sharing everything I have learned - and will continue to learn - along the way…

Why Bellyfit:

Bellyfit feels like a perfect fit for my work and the wonderful women who already come to my classes - adding a powerful, ‘strong sexy soulful’ element to the mix.
In fact, I’ve fallen in love with teaching Bellyfit classes so much that I have trained/qualified to teach both Bellyfit Flow and Bellyfit Sage, and am now running classes in these formats too!
I see Bellyfit as creative, expressive and fun - the embodiment of so much that is meaningful to women today. Importantly to me, it reflects the same ethos of inclusivity that I have always nurtured through my classes, something that I believe will be increasingly relevant in the future.
