A 60 minute guided dance journey to honour the Full WOLF Moon, sweat our prayers and celebrate!

The first full moon in the year is often known as the Wolf Moon because wolves are most likely to be heard howling at this time of year.
Some say it's because they're mating, some say it's because they're hungry! (We're guessing it's both.)
Whatever the case, we all have much to howl about and so we're going to take this opportunity to do just that.
Whether there will be actual howling, remains to be seen.

What we know for sure is that we're going to dance our prayers, get a wicked sweat on and connect with our pack like our life depends on it.
