A 60 minute guided dance journey to embody our inner Snow Queen

In this Full Moon Medicine class we'll embody our inner Snow Queen with her crown of crystal and ice, and connect with the medicine of her crystal clear vision, insight and power.

Expect a series of perfectly paired moves that'll have you smiling and sweating so much you don't feel like you're working out at all.

We'll do 45 mins of high energy, low impact cardio and then enjoy a deep 15 minute stretch and relaxation.
