My Bio

I have a Bch Phil from the Academy of Pedagogics and MA degree in Culture from Varsovia University, as well as a Nursing Degree in Health and Social Care. Beyond my academic background and professional life I am and have always been passionate about movement and dance. Beginning in 2008 I trained informally to teach Contact Improvisation Dance (CID) and I for several years I co-ran the CIC for CID in Bristol. I formally trained to be a Bellyfit Instructor 11 years ago and have been CONSISTENTLY teaching studio classes as well as community classes for various charity organizations. The pandemic of 2020 put hold on my public classes yet I continued delivering online classes for a small goup of students. I took a short break from teaching when I had my daughter in 2021.
My passion for personal development keeps growing and most recently I have added a coaching profession to my skill set. I love creating spaces for people to experience transforming movement and it really lights me up when people come away from my events and classes feeling joyful!

Why Bellyfit:

I enjoy Bellyfit for its unique formula of a holistic movement system for women that draws inspiration from ancient and modern elements. The compacted duration time of a class is a very important aspect as we live in a busy world and time is precious. It is a one hour, comprehensive moving experience. All the aspects of moving the body that I love are incorporated in Bellyfit: there are elements of pilates for breath and alignment, cultural dance for celebration and community, yoga for practice binding and music that moves hearts.

Most of all, Bellyfit gives women the opportunity for self – empowerment and rebalancing through movement, it is fun, safe and energising and has been a powerhouse for me personally for the last 11 years!
