This exquisite experience with Alice and the amazing community of DOTM reminds me how sweet it is to reach into my feminine mystical nature with beauty, wisdom, appreciation, and community. The special rituals and Bellyfit routines are a powerful and delightful connection to every part of my body. Alice is the Queen of creating magic and opening others to find theirs in her brilliant way of melding the things a woman needs, desires, wishes for. I love DOTM, although it is not in sync completely with my life’s schedule, I watch/participate along with the recordings and they have been a valuable piece in keeping me in touch with what is true and most close to my heart. The real gift I have received is knowing there are women out there supporting each other in these magical ways!

Daughters of the Moon gatherings allow me to touch deeper into the sacred heart of what Bellyfit® really is, because it‘s not (just) a workout, it‘s a spiritual practice. I enjoy connecting with the other women in the breakout rooms. The wisdom teachings that Alice reads to us resonate within me for days and open new perspectives. I will hopefully stay with this circle of amazing, wonderful women for many more cycles.

DOTM is a welcoming community of women who come together on Zoom each month to dance, journal, listen and celebrate all that is and all that is awakening within and in the natural world that surrounds us. Women from all around the world, give themselves the gift of time and participate. It is a truly enriching and fun experience. I feel a great sense of gratitude for the opportunity to participate in DOTM each month especially knowing that replays are always available should I be working at the time of the scheduled program.
