There will be no Bellyfit Live class next weekend, Nov 26 due to Alice and Rowan being away in Kelowna for an Instructor Training course. Thank you for understanding.
The following weekend, December 3rd, we will be hosting another Bellyfit Instructor Training here at Base Lounge in Victoria. With some extra bodies for Bellyfit live on that weekend we will be taking pre-registrations only for that class.
