It was beyond scary, and I will admit there were some moments in the weeks leading up, when I wondered what I had gotten myself into. It takes a LOT of resources and a very clear intention to hold space for that much energy, momentum and healing...but HOLY MOLY, am I ever glad we pulled through…we built it, and you most certainly came!!
I had visions of how it would all play out, but I NEVER imagined it would be as MIND BLOWING, HEART OPENING, SOUL QUENCHING and BODY LOVING as it was.
WOW.
Just ~ WOW.
Over three magnificent days, 300+ women (and some very special men), created a ripple of positive energy that I am convinced has actually shifted the vibration of the planet. For real.
THINK ABOUT IT.
300 people come together and raise their vibration to one of self love, gratitude, joy and CELEBRATION. Then they go out into the world and touch hundreds...even thousands more people. Then those people touch more people...and the ripple of goodness and healing continues to flow across the globe...ultimately raising the vibration of our whole planet.
BELIEVE IT OR NOT...we do have the POWER to make the world a better place.
And at the 2014 Bellyfit® Summit, YOU did just that!!! YOU!!!!
It begins WITHIN.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve allowed this ripple effect to wash over me, again and again and again. The gratitude I feel for every single soul who joined us at the Summit...well, the lump in my throat and the fullness in my heart, says it all.
I am so deeply humbled.
I am so deeply grateful.
I am so deeply honoured.
I am so deeply in awe of YOU and your beautiful self.
And wowzers...did we ever have FUN!!!

Many of you are already asking: “Will there be another Summit next year?”
Actually...no.
This kind of energetic convergence needs time to rise and spiral and rise again.
We have the intention of making this a bi-annual event, but as you all know, I am taking my orders from the Big Mama in the ethers, and I’ll certainly let you know what she says is best for us all! 
You’ll be the first to know!
In the meantime, keep the ripple flowing.
Keep the vibes high and stay wide awake...the ride is just getting started and we’re going to need all of our SUPERHERO GODDESS POWERS to get this ship, called Earth, back on course.
