The Bellyfit team is extremely excited to welcome one of Alice Bracegirdle’s biggest inspirations to the Bellyfit headquarters, aka, the Base Lounge. The CEO and Creator of Bellyfit has been following Hemalayaa Behl’s journey to fame and stardom over the past five years.
Alice has been inspired many times by Hemalayaa’s teaching style and ability to fuse together the worlds of Indian dance (bollywood) and Yoga. A regular at the biggest Yoga conferences, and appearing on a number of yoga & fitness magazines such as Yoga Journal, Fitness Magazine and TV shows such as Ellen and the Today show.

As part of Hemalayaa’s visit, she will be leading a short portion of this Saturday’s Bellyfit Live class with Alice and DJ Rowan. This will give our regular Bellyfit Live audience a small taste of this bollywood Yoga diva! We are very honored to have Hemalayaa visit us and infuse her brilliance, energy and radiance into the Base Lounge & Bellyfit communities! W look forward to sharing this experience with you!
