Who are you and what are your passions?
I am a mother, daughter, sister, friend, lover, Yogi, mover, groover and Bellyfit Master. I am in love with connecting people to movement, to each other and to themselves. We are so much more than we give ourselves credit for.... time to own up to being AWESOME my friends!
What do you love about teaching Bellyfit?
I love seeing a participant "get it".... when they leave class and say Thank YOU! I get to be at the front of a group of women and facilitate not only their connection to movement, but also to themselves, to each other, and sometimes something even bigger than that.
What is the most common feedback you receive from your participants about Bellyfit?
"I love how it is SO MUCH FUN and I sweat/worked HARD!" "I was having a bad day, but I knew I had to come... as soon as the music started everything got better"
How do you feel that Bellyfit supports your lifestyle?
Bellyfit allows me the opportunity to connect with like minded women..... this is truly a gift of Bellyfit. It always lights me up from the inside and gives me a great reason TO MOVE MY BODY!
What do you think are the qualities that make a great Bellyfit Instructor?
A Great Bellyfit Instructor believes that she is creating change. She is strong and empowered but stays connected to her roots and to her humanity, and allows others to do the same. A sense of humor helps! as does the ability to love and laugh out loud~
What is the #1 thing women need to do to stay healthy and fit? (other than Bellyfit)
REST. I truly believe women need to take the time to nurture themselves back to fullness. We need REST, and we need healthy sleep.

Bellyfit has changed my life and continues to change it on a daily basis... I am SO grateful for this movement, for this community and for the ability to have stepped out of my fear and onto this big stage of LIFE!
