Bellyfit Instructor Spotlight: Leanne Zdebiak-Eni

Who are you and what are your passions?
I’m Leanne Zdebiak-Eni and I’m a passionate mom to a 10 year old girl and wife to an incredibly supportive husband. I love cooking healthy, delicious food, and spending time outside walking, hiking, biking and skiing. I’m also passionate about helping women achieve optimal health through movement.

What do you love about teaching Bellyfit?
Honestly, it’s very simple. Teaching Bellyfit is FUN! I also love the music, and the structure and flow of the class.

What is the most common feedback you receive from your participants about Bellyfit?
When someone tries Bellyfit for the first time, they’re always blown away and pleasantly surprised by the holistic aspects of the class, and how Bellyfit is so unique from other formats.

What do you think are the qualities that make a great Bellyfit Instructor?
A great Bellyfit instructor is kind, compassionate and of course enthusiastic! She also isn’t afraid to be herself, make mistakes,and take chances.

What is the #1 thing women need to do to stay healthy and fit? (other than Bellyfit)
I think women need to know that it’s necessary to make health and fitness a priority in their lives, without guilt. Good health equals energy, strength and happiness and comes from moving your body everyday, and eating food that has high nutritional value. (no junk!) I know it’s difficult with work and family obligations, but it is possible, I see it with my clients! Without good health, what have we got?
