Why Bellyfit:

It is infectious!
I didn’t know much about Bellyfit before I attended my instructor training. I had no idea what to expect when I taught my practice classes. I stuck to the practice routine and training as it had been taught to me and to my surprise people had nothing but positive feedback for the Bellyfit system!!

Everywhere I go, it is the same thing. Women are unsure what to expect and I am usually their first teacher. I teach routines taken straight from our instructor resources and every time it is a success! People can’t get enough.

There is something very special about the Bellyfit system that resonates with women. After years of creation and recreation I know that Alice has created something tried, tested and true that I have complete confidence in bringing to my community.
