My Bio

I have been Bellydancing since 2002 and have been instructing to all ages since 2004. I discovered Bellyfit in 2015 as a way to combine the fundamentals of Bellydance with fitness and yoga. Since I enjoyed the fitness level of Bellyfit so much, I decided to give Zumba a try and then Pound. I was completely taken by the intensity, joy and passion that each of these formats have to offer.  From my love of teaching, I was inspired to become an instructor. I became a BollyX Instructor then added Pound Pro training, Kangoo Dance training and finally my Bellyfit training.  I am so excited to share my love of fitness with everyone!

Why Bellyfit:

I have been practicing and teaching Bellydance for many years.  A few years ago, I needed to find a more aerobic exercise and stumbled upon Bellyfit.  After my first class, I realized it is what I was missing in my life!
